आजकल की दुनिया में लोग बहुत कुछ सोचते हैं, लेकिन उसके पीछे की सच्चाई को हम सोच नहीं पाते। हम अपने दुनियावी जीवन में इतना busy हो जाते हैं कि अपने आत्मा की Ecology को भूल जाते हैं।
लेकिन, प्रेरणा की बात है, जीवन के लिए spirituality की जरूरत है।
spirituality का मतलब नहीं है कि हम साधुओं या संतों जैसे हों, बल्कि वह है कि हम अपने Within से जुड़े हों,
अपने Consciousness से जुड़े हों।
जब हम अपने Within से जुड़े हों, तो हमारा Thought, our actions, और हमारा behavior change होता है।हमारा Thought शांत होना चाहिए, peaceful होना चाहिए, और सुरहिंद से जुड़ा होना चाहिए।
जब Thought peaceful होगा, तो हमारा action भी peaceful होगा। और peaceful action संसार में शांति फैलाते हैं।जब हम अपने Consciousness से जुड़े हों, तो हम अपने emotions को बेहतर तरीक़े से समझ पाते, और अपने emotions को control कर पाते। औरcontrol emotions में, मायापूर्वक action करते हैं, न दुनियावी action।
चलो आजकल की दुनिया में ड्रामा नहीं करना, Stress नहीं करना, Anxiety नहीं करना। चुलबुलातेहुए बेहतरीन life live करो, शांति से live करो, प्रेम से live करो।और जि़सत्य यह कहर, spiritually aware किया, तभी हम Truly happy feel कर पाते।

In today’s world, people think a lot, but they don’t think about the truth behind it. We get so busy with our worldly life that we forget about our own soul’s ecology. But, inspiration is needed, and for life, spirituality is essential.Spirituality doesn’t mean that we become like saints or sages, but it means that we connect with our Within, with our Consciousness. When we connect with our Within, our thoughts, actions, and behavior change.Our thoughts should be peaceful, calm, and connected to the universe. When thoughts are peaceful, our actions will also be peaceful. And peaceful actions spread peace in the world.When we connect with our Consciousness, we can better understand our emotions and control them. And controlling emotions leads to virtuous actions.Let’s not dramatize in today’s world, let’s not stress ourselves out, let’s not get anxious. Let’s live a wonderful life with peace and love.And know this truth – when we are spiritually aware, we feel truly happy.
